- En otro lugar, lejos de la pelea -

Goku: Tal vez se mojen por la lluvia, pero al menos están fuera de peligro. Ya me esperaba eso de Metal, todos lo hacen. 

Shadow: Bueno, yo voy a ir allí para asegurarme de que ese monstruo no haga eso otra vez!

Goku: Ya hemos discutido sobre eso, debemos dejar a Sonic luchar esta pelea. Metal Sonic es su oponente, y debería ser él quien lo derrote, no yo o tú.

Shadow: Ya no me importa, Sonic está tardando demasiado y pronto, Metal empezará a atacar más gente! No puedo permitir eso!

Goku: Muchos de mis amigos me dijeron eso en situaciones similares, quienquiera que estuviese peleando, nuestro lado era el que salía ganando. Confía en mí Shadow, se lo que estoy haciendo.

Shadow: Esta bien, voy a confiar en ti. Pero si Metal empieza una masacre asesina, iré a detenerle. Entendido?

Goku: Es improbable, pero si eso llega a ocurrir, nosotros tendremos que intervenir, no es posible para Sonic detener todos sus ataques.

King Kai: Hey Goku! Soy King Kai, ha pasado bastante tiempo, huh? Pensé que podría comprobar cómo os iba todo.
